Press Form Moulding

kristoFOAM Industries Inc. has recently developed a new press form moulding process. This new moulded process can produce foam parts with complex environments, thick cross-sections and complex parting lines. Press form moulding is the latest moulding process that was developed to provide unique and specialized foam parts, gaskets and seals.

Press form moulding has very few part geometry limitations, and can easily achieve negative draft angles and undercuts, which allows parts to snap into place for potentially unlimited applications. Fasteners and connectors can be custom moulded into the moulded foam parts for physical attachment, providing solutions for difficult installations. The press form moulding process also allows the implementation of multiple densities into components, ensuring the right material combination for the project.
