Polyethylene (PE)

Firm, moisture-resistant, and lightweight. Used for consumer electronics packaging, server inserts, tool cases, and returnable shipping trays. PE is die-cut to exact dimensions, preventing movement and absorbing impact throughout the supply chain.

Anti-Static Polyethylene (A/S PE)

Safely dissipates static charges to prevent ESD damage during handling and transit. Used for IC chip trays, semiconductor packaging, PCB inserts, and assembly line handling trays — protecting electrostatic-sensitive devices without additional shielding.

Cross-Linked Polyethylene (XLPE)

Fine-cell foam with a smooth surface finish and superior dimensional stability. Ideal for bare PCB packaging, optical components, medical device inserts, and precision instruments where tight tolerances and clean contact surfaces are critical.

Static Dissipative and Conductive XLPE (SD/CN)

The highest level of ESD protection with a controlled, measurable electrical resistance. Used for wafer handling trays, RF component packaging, aerospace electronics, and mission-critical assemblies requiring ANSI/ESD S20.20 compliance.

Polyurethane (PU)

Soft and conforming with excellent shock absorption. The go-to choice for test and measurement instrument cases, camera and lens packaging, handheld device inserts, and foam-lined carry cases where a gentle, non-abrasive contact surface is required.

Anti-Static Polyurethane (A/S PU)

Combines the soft cushioning of PU with ESD-safe performance. Used for populated PCB assemblies, mixed-component kit packaging, sensor and module trays, and repair depot storage — protecting components at every stage of production and handling.
